Estonian Artists Agency launches AI-powered Party Planner
Estonian Artists Agency launches AI-powered “Party Planner”
platform to automate event planning in seconds
“AI is becoming the backstage operating system”
Tallinn-based Estonian Artists Agency has launched a new AI-powered event automation platform
designed to simplify and accelerate event planning for businesses and organizers.
The new solution, called “AI Party Planner”, enables users to generate complete entertainment
rosters for events in under three seconds by automatically selecting the most suitable performers
and services from a curated catalogue of more than 500 artists and event providers.
The company says the platform represents the first AI deployment of its kind in Estonia, the
Baltics and potentially the wider Nordic region.

“Our industry has traditionally relied on static catalogues where customers spend hours browsing
and comparing options manually,” said Danel Kiik, founder of Estonian Artists Agency.
“Today people expect technology to do the time-consuming work for them. With AI Party Planner,
customers can receive a complete event concept within seconds.”
Estonian Artists Agency currently facilitates between 300 and 600 events annually and has
generated more than €1.3 million in revenue for artists and service providers using the platform.
The company’s network includes musicians, cover bands, hosts, performers and other
entertainment professionals. The cover band category alone contains more than 110 offerings.
According to the company, the AI system focuses on event planning and artist matchmaking
based on event themes, customer needs and curated internal data.
After AI-generated recommendations are created, the booking process is transferred to human
booking specialists through the company’s CRM workflow.
“We are not replacing human relationships,” Kiik said.
“We are replacing repetitive idea-generation and selection tasks that consume enormous amounts
of time. Human curation remains essential because AI is only as good as the quality of the data
behind it.”
The platform was developed internally by the company using commercially available AI tools
combined with its own structured event and artist database.
Estonian Artists Agency believes AI-driven automation will become a fundamental infrastructure
layer within the live entertainment and music business sectors.
“Time is the most valuable commodity,” Kiik added.
“Curated catalogues combined with AI tools are becoming a life-hack for businesses organizing
events. AI is becoming the backstage operating system.”
Although the platform has only recently launched, the company expects significant long-term
growth in operational scale and revenue through automation.About Estonian Artists Agency
